• Production Capacity and Technology: Equipped with 2 high-end electric furnaces and 4 production lines, the company can produce 12,000 tons of white low-boron silica medicinal glass tubes annually. It was the first to overcome technical difficulties in Shandong Province. The product has a water resistance level of 1, with a boron content of 7.1%, an expansion coefficient of 69.2×10⁻⁷/K, and industry-leading chemical and thermal stability. It can be widely adapted for high-end pharmaceutical packaging scenarios such as water injection and powder injection.

• Production Capacity and Quality: We have two 12-square-meter high-end electric furnaces and four production lines. Our annual output of Amber low-boron silica pharmaceutical glass tubes is 13,000 tons. The furnace design is advanced, and the supporting facilities are among the best in the country. We can produce multiple specifications of high-quality glass tubes stably, meeting the strict requirements of the pharmaceutical industry for packaging materials.
3. Shandong Kiseki New Materials Co., Ltd.
• Core positioning: Research and manufacturing center for special electronic glass and optical glass substrates of the group, a core supplier in the high-end manufacturing field.
• Development history: Established and put into operation in 2020, with a registered capital of 3 million yuan. The production base covers an area of 50 acres, and the main workshop has an area of 17,000 square meters.
Product Matrix: Mainly produce diaphragm switch glass tubes, fuse glass tubes, diode glass tubes, biological glass tubes, optical communication glass tubes, etc. At the same time, we are deeply engaged in the electronic glass fields such as reed switches, diodes, and fluorescent tubes.
